A Fresh New Look at the LilyRose Hotel
We’re excited to share some lovely updates from the LilyRose Hotel in the heart of historic Whitby!
Room 1: Light, Bright, and Beautiful
Room 1 has also had a makeover! The once dark blue tones have been swapped for a crisp white palette, making the room feel fresh, clean, and inviting. Guest feedback played a big role in this redesign too — many asked for a brighter, more uplifting space, and we listened. New throws, cushions, and curtains now add softness and harmony, while the bold pink accents have been replaced with a more balanced colour scheme. The result? A room that feels calm, comfortable, and rejuvenating.
Room 4: Welcome to The Secret Garden
Room 4 has recently undergone a cheerful transformation. Gone is the tired pink wallpaper, replaced with vibrant, uplifting colours that breathe new life into the space. This refresh was inspired by the thoughtful feedback of our guests, and it reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The new look is so delightful that Lily, our hotel owner, felt it deserved a new name — The Secret Garden. We hope it brings a smile to every guest who steps inside.
What’s Next?
We’re thrilled with the positive response so far and are already planning updates to Room 2 which will soon feature a brand-new set of bunk beds to add a touch of family fun
